The Anti-Diva: Molly Holly Speaks Out on Her Morals, Her Past and Her Butt
November 2002
By: Brian Solomon

Before she abruptly ended our interview, we asked Molly to comment on these Superstars with whom she’s been prominently involved over the course of her WWE career. Here’s what she had to say:

WWE: The Hollys?
Molly: Hardcore and Crash are my cousins, and nothing can change that. But we’ve certainly drifted apart over the past year compared to when they first brought me to WWE. I suppose it had a lot to do with the way they rejected me when I started dating Spike [Dudley]. In a way, I can see now why there were so concerned, but the insensitive way they showed it was something I can’t forget.

WWE: Spike Dudley?
Molly: Well, I’m sorry to smash all the little romantic fantasies your females readers may have, but that relationship was never the perfect love story it seemed to be. It was doomed from the start. In hindsight, I am a loss to explain exactly what I saw in that little pipsqueak. Do you know he once tried to get to second base with me?

WWE: The Hurricane?
Molly: It’s really no compliment to the Hurricane that he “stole” me away from Spike, because quite frankly, by that point, I was looking for any excuse to ditch that loser. I’ll admit that I had fun as Might Molly, and Hurricane was certainly a noble and moral crusader. But really, I was just wasting my time. I was waiting for the right moment to excel one my own. When the opportunity was right, I took it.

WWE: William Regal?
Molly: There is perhaps mo more kind and praiseworthy man in all of WWE that the wonderful Mr. Regal. He was the first to step up and defend my honor when I was made the object of ridicule, and I’ll always cherish him for that. I also know that he lacks the inclination to ever think of me in an inappropriate way. He’s a true gentlemen, through and through.

WWE: Victoria?
Molly: Along with myself, she is the salvation of the WWE Women’s Division. I wish I could take all the credit for her athletic development, but I know for a fact she’s been honoring her skills for years for just this opportunity. What I can take full credit for is her moral development, which I have supervised and molded every step of the way.
