Wade welcomes all the listeners and greets Nora to the show, as she reports she’s doing great and Thanks him.

Wade then begins the chat, with mentioning that well known news already that Nora’s DVD is on sale. He expresses that he’d like to talk about the content about it and just what is the overall content, also what inspired her to produce it. Nora noted that she produced it herself, and then (Wade) asked her the question how that came about, and also what she hopes to accomplish with the DVD.

Nora replies with the date she quit ( April 11th around 11pm ) also stated that the next morning around 9:01 she got a high number of requesting interviews etc. One idea that intrigued her was the idea that she could do an interview on tape. She did some research and stated that she thought she could do that herself. Also, that why should someone else make money off of her story when she can start her own business and state the stories of the way they should be told. She met with a producer in her area, who’s name is Bret Yager, who most often works with music videos. They collaborated, and brainstormed some ideas. Nora notes that some of the ideas didn’t pan out because she couldn’t obtain any footage from the WWE. Also they didn’t have a lot of equipment of which they could perform her other Ideas. Nora states that she thinks it’s better than your average shoot interview. She was happy she could incorporate some photo’s from her own personal collection, also having her friends & family interviewed. She goes on to say that in the DVD a few local artists donate to the sound track. She states that if someone is a fan of Molly Holly, they will be very entertained by the video she is going to release.

Wade then asks Nora how long the video is, also what are some of the main subjects that she discusses. Nora says that the main video is roughly around 52 minutes long . She says in the DVD she discusses how she got into wrestling, working a little bit in the Indies. Also, about how she got her big break (how macho man helped her out with that). Working at the power plant, starting out with the WWE and the people she has worked with. Also, of course why she left the WWE. And she will mention what she is up to now.

She goes on to discuss the DVD Extras, she mentions that she has a photo album with pictures of places where she has been, there is also a DVD extra where some of her family and friends tell what it’s like to have a daughter/sister as a wrestler. She also adds that she has a Cribs style tour of her house. She got the idea of when Trish was featured on the WWE Confidential piece of when she gave the viewers a tour of her house. She said it’ll be interesting to see the contrast from her house compared to Trish’s. On the other DVD extra she has a video of her and her buddy Joel shooting clay pigeons. It’s to show what she would do on a typical day off, something for fun. The final extra is when she had her independent match with Malia Hosaka, in 1998 at the Born to ride saloon in Tampa, Florida. She describes the atmosphere as rough and it’s intention to give fans a view of what she was doing before she got her break. Some of the independent fans may get a kick out of the match, she noted that she got destroyed by Malia, Nora said that Malia gave her plenty of opportunities to come back and she screwed up every move that she tried to do offensively. Malia carried the match as she continues on, and that people should understand that she was still a rookie and hopefully they will forgive her for her poor wrestling ability at that time.

Wade then asks a question as if she can give an Idea why she left the WWE, and what she thought she wanted to do with her life at that point.

Nora comments Jokingly, She notes that Brian Gerwitz and her have fallen madly and love and that she is going to stay in New York and raise his children. She then admits and laughs about she was just joking. As far as the question, she declines and tells that is the main focal point of her DVD is to reveal why she left. She furthers her point as to when people buy her DVD, she is certain there will be some online discussion.

As far as her plans for the future, she has invested wisely and lives modestly. She doesn’t need to work or do anything else at this time, she may in the future get bored and decide to take up another career of some sorts. For now, she is just having the summer of her life. It’s been awesome for her to go to every single art festival, and every BBQ, Volleyball etc. So she is just enjoying the summer. When the weather gets rough in the fall and winter she may find something to do. But isn’t quite sure as to what that is yet.

Wade then rephrases the question and asks Nora to why she left and some of the rumors that aren’t true?

Nora said that there was one rumor as to she was upset with her pay. She noted that rumor was interesting because people would assume she didn’t get paid that well because she was a girl, and that times were tough in the WWE. She used to telemarketer for a living and knows what it’s like to make eight dollars an hour. Also that she’s thankful for her paycheck even the few times her paychecks were less than what she was expecting. It was still more than what she had received in any other job. Then she says that rumor was false.

Wade then asks her if the Diva Search was one of the reasons, as to why she left?

She makes it known that she does mention the diva search in her DVD, because the night she quit was the night she lost to Christy Hemme. So a lot of people were assuming she had to do the Job to Christy and that she was upset and that she wasn’t going to take it no more etc. Nora goes on the record to state that she is a non-competitive person, and that she would even do a job to Lilian Garcia happily. She gives an example of when she wrestled Torrie Wilson in a house show, and she let her do almost every single wrestling move in the book to her. Nora just thought that she needed wrestling experience and that it was a house show. When Nora got in the back, she said that some people backstage commented that Torrie shouldn’t have destroyed her like that. But Nora disagreed saying that she did some wrestling moves and did take bumps. Nora just overall said she had no problem at all. If the fans are cheering, and booing then she didn’t mind.

When asked what she thought the level of respect the Women’s division was given, Nora commented she was never sure who was really in charge for writing etc. She knows that the Women’s wrestling comes and goes in trends. At the time she was training, there was really no place for Women’s wrestling. Sable and a few others were just starting out. Nora states that she was apart of an awesome division. Nora always felt respected backstage, Triple H said some positive comments to her and as well as Vince McMahon.

Wade asks her about the TnA how at sometimes it appeared she didn’t fit in. How Nora wouldn’t give in to the pressure of the typical TnA woman.

Nora was confused as to why she wasn’t on posters etc. Because she thought to herself that god gave her a okay face, and that she bleached her teeth and used fake eye lashes *laughs*. She just doesn’t know why she wasn’t marketed at least in a cute way, if not in a sex kitten way. Nora thinks maybe she should of worked harder to market herself. As far as heel’s she explains there is two types the slut and the prude, and that slut’s aren’t really heels in the first place. She would most certainly try to be her best at a heel in order to put over the hot new baby face, just be a bit less sexy just to get more boo‘s.

On the question of how the other girls may have felt as far as respect. Nora mentions that she didn’t think that the girls felt disrespected as far as being marketed for looks. On the topic of rumors, Nora discusses that the whole playboy rumor was she would just pose topless was false. As she has never been contacted by playboy. She was flattered though. On the news of when she heard some of the fellow diva’s were released, she was angered and shocked. She said Gail had one of the best bodies on the roster. Also if they felt that her microphone skills weren’t good enough. Well Trish and Lita both had the absolute worst mic. Skills on the roster until they practiced. She notes that Jazz is the best wrestler ever, She would always make Nora step it up, and that she is such a unique character.

With Nidia, she stated that Nidia had more charisma in her little finger than the whole women’s locker room together. She asked why Nidia got cut, and Johnny Ace stated that her wrestling skills wasn’t up to par. Nora wasn’t too satisfied with his response and couldn’t quite understand. She was very, very upset when she heard the news.

Nora finally stated that she never heard of any of the girls sleeping with the management, and that she doesn’t know why the WWE cut the pro wrestlers. She never thought that the diva search would be replacing the Women’s division. But them rotating in new faces. But is still confused to this day why talented wrestlers were cut.

Wade then asks Nora the rumor if her and Shelton had ever been in a romantic relationship, Nora comments that is one of her favorite rumors. Her and Shelton both live in Minnesota and also that sometimes they may travel with each other. She always got a kick out of the rumor, and that whatever girl he ends up will be very happy. But that person isn’t Nora. She was flattered by the rumor.

Nora has made some really good life long friends as she responds to Wade. She furthered her point saying that she developed a real bond backstage. She tells a story how she ran into Justin Credible at a airport about eight months ago, it was good to see him she says. But it’s great she made friends all over the country. She hopes to continue to write to them down the road.

With Nora being a open Christian, Wade asked the question did it change the way she was treated in the company? Nora responds with it being a good question, and not really sure. She was never asked to be in a lingerie type of match. Nora doesn’t know if they just didn’t ask because she was Christian and wouldn’t particularly care to do that. Nora isn’t sure.

Nora was asked if she was ever around any recreation drug use? Nora commented that she never seen anyone take any steroids, but has heard people talk about it. When Nora used to be a telemarketer that was all people used to talk about. When she heard people talk about drugs in Pro wrestling, Nora thought that drugs are practically everywhere, not just pro wrestling. She didn’t find that there were more drugs in wrestling than telemarketing.

Wade then mentions Crash Holly’s death how it was related to drug use to some degree. Nora was asked whether wrestling had contributed to the lifestyle that he embarked on, that led to his demise. Nora states that she doesn’t think that wrestling had anything to do with his drug use or death. Nora says that in the same exact week one of her high school friends died of a heroin over dose. Nora said it was a terrible week, and that her friend was not a wrestler. So that people die from drugs regardless of what they do for a living. When Nora hears that some fellow wrestlers take pain pills, she thinks it’s a cop out and BS. Nora and other wrestlers take just as many bumps as them, and a lot of wrestlers who cannot take any drugs at all. Nora continues on with that your body has an amazing ability to heal itself, if you just let it. Nora commented that she had neck pains, and elbow pains. Nora admits that WWE was a rough schedule, that her elbows always hurt, also neck pain. Nora concludes it with that pain is a part of the business.

As to the question what kind of injuries Nora sustained, Nora commented the good thing about being a lady wrestler she never had matches longer than five minutes. When Nora was sent to Memphis, Victoria did a head lock take over, and when she looked up the room was spinning. She rolled out of the ring to see what was wrong, she started to have motion sickness. For a week on and off, she would get dizzy spells. That was one of her scariest injuries. One time in an afternoon, her and Dean were just wrestling around, all of a sudden her knee popped. She had shooting pain, and that she played it off. She torn some cartilage in her knee. It hurt for about four months.

Some of her high points in her career were Wrestle mania 20. Nora was told that only one women’s match would take place on that show. It was the playboy evening gown match. Nora was brainstorming ways of how she could get herself on the show. Nora asked Stephanie and Vince both, she said she would like to work with Victoria. Nora explained how she was in control with her match pretty much. The only thing she was disappointed in was she had stories building up to that match, she was so happy to shock the New York fans. Her aunts and uncles were so upset, because Nora forgot to mention to them what would happen. It was her pleasure. She hopes that if people hear her name the think of the chick who got her head shaved.

The question if she got a seven figure pay off, Nora denied that. Did Nora get more than what she would of made of when she got her head shaved. Nora left the answer to possibly. Nora estimates that she got paid more for wrestle mania than any other PPV.

When it comes to comparing to pay with the Women and Men, Nora replies that one of the lessons Nora learned from Randy Savage was not to talk to anyone about what you made ( as far as money ). Nora tells a story of how a Newbie in the company was on the same PPV as she was, called her one day and told her how much he made. Nora didn’t think that is the wisest of ideas. Every time Nora got a paycheck she was totally happy with it.

In the question if she was ever treated un-fairly within the five years that she was their, Nora notes that she didn’t think so. She always thought things were fair. When Nora was off TV for a month or so, she understood. Because in her words she didn’t push for this and that etc. With the statement Wrestlers make they’re own push happen. Nora responds with that it varies case by case. She noted that Nidia, had Charisma, ability and if she was put on TV she would of made the company plenty of money. Nora mentioned that Trish Stratus was the perfect example of someone who makes things happen. She constantly is thinking of ideas, etc. Nora reports. As far as Nora herself, she says for her she was just lazy.

Nora having any regrets? Nora does have a regret, As a Christian you shouldn’t say bad things behind their back. She notes. She made it a habit in her last few months with the company venting it to the locker room (negative comments about Johnny Ace). She regretted it, because it was so negative.
