What’s happened to Molly?
Many fans have been asking themselves this question lately, ever since the formerly cheerful superhero sidekick marched to the ring with her once-blonde locks dyed brown and her colorful garb replaced with somber black. No longer is her face lighted by a smile, her expression has turned dour. Apparently Molly’s change in attitude stems from her animosity for the other WWE Divas, who she feels are simply too curvaceous, shameless and “impure.” But what upsets Molly most is the message she thinks their behavior is sending to today’s youth.
In her own words, Molly claims that she is “the perfect example for young women to emulate.” Like fresh flowers, blue skies and mom’s apple pie, she believes that she stands for everything pure and wholesome. In a world filled with the salacious and sleazy, Molly feels that she is the one person capable of restoring virtue to the WWE, and she plans on doing it using whatever means necessary.
